P\u016fvodn\u00ed z\u00e1m\u011br vzd\u011bl\u00e1vat studenty gymn\u00e1zia v jazyce \u010desk\u00e9m a anglick\u00e9m se v pr\u016fb\u011bhu doktorandsk\u00e9ho studia na Karlov\u011b univerzit\u011b z\u00fa\u017eil na liter\u00e1rn\u00ed v\u011bdu a n\u00e1sledn\u011b v dob\u00e1ch p\u0159edrevolu\u010dn\u00edch na \u010dinnost p\u0159ekladatele odborn\u00fdch text\u016f na voln\u00e9 noze.<\/p>\n

Po revoluci jsem se jako mnoho jin\u00fdch vysoko\u0161kol\u00e1k\u016f s pedagogick\u00fdm vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00edm musel z ekonomick\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f p\u0159ekvalifikovat na jinou \u010dinnost. Jako da\u0148ov\u00fd poradce jsem se sezn\u00e1mil s pan\u00ed Kl\u00e1rou Svobodovou a jej\u00ed viz\u00ed zalo\u017eit dvojjazy\u010dnou \u0161kolku a \u0161kolku. Od roku 2005, kdy jsem byl p\u0159izv\u00e1n ke spolupr\u00e1ci na realizaci tohoto projektu, se p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm jako praktik ve styku se st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1vou pod\u00edl\u00edm na jeho rozvoji dodnes.<\/p>\n

M\u00fdmi z\u00e1libami jsou hudba, malov\u00e1n\u00ed a pi\u0161kvorky; ve voln\u00fdch chv\u00edl\u00edch tak p\u0159i hudb\u011b maluji nebo hraji, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b si od stojanu se \u0161t\u011btcem mezi zuby odskakuji k po\u010d\u00edta\u010di odehr\u00e1t z\u00e1pas pi\u0161kvorkov\u00e9 ligy.<\/p>\n<\/div>

To, \u017ee jsem m\u011bla u\u017e v d\u011btstv\u00ed sen otev\u0159\u00edt si vlastn\u00ed \u0161kolu, jsem zjistila a\u017e po t\u00e9, co jsem to ud\u011blala.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Psal se rok 1978 a v televizi b\u011b\u017eel seri\u00e1l Alpsk\u00e9 Lyceum – u\u017e to, \u017ee si to tak dlouho pamatuji, znamen\u00e1, \u017ee to pro m\u011b bylo opravdu z\u00e1sadn\u00ed. U\u017e tenkr\u00e1t (byla jsem ve 3. ro\u010dn\u00edku Z\u0160) mi p\u0159i\u0161la \u00fa\u017easn\u00e1 ta autonomie \u0161koly, to, \u017ee o \u0161kole rozhoduj\u00ed studenti a u\u010ditel\u00e9, \u017ee je tam i n\u011bjak\u00fd majitel, kter\u00e9mu na \u0161kole z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

V\u017edycky m\u011b zaj\u00edmaly jazyky, cestov\u00e1n\u00ed a odli\u0161n\u00e9 kultury, a proto\u017ee jsem 10 let provozovala soukromou jazykovou \u0161kolu nejen pro d\u011bti (ale hlavn\u011b pro n\u011b), v\u011bd\u011bla jsem, \u017ee jazyky je mo\u017en\u00e9 se nau\u010dit mnohem efektivn\u011bji a z\u00e1bavn\u011bji, ne\u017e se to d\u011bje p\u0159i b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 v\u00fduce ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

V roce 2004 jsem proto s kamar\u00e1dem Michalem Havl\u00ed\u010dkem otev\u0159ela dvojjazy\u010dnou mate\u0159skou \u0161kolu v Hradci Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9, o rok pozd\u011bji i v Pardubic\u00edch, o dva roky pozd\u011bji \u0161kolu, a o dal\u0161\u00ed dva roky pozd\u011bji jsem \u0161kolu pro ob\u011b m\u011bsta propojila do jedn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Po dobu existence \u0161koly jsem zjistila, \u017ee stejn\u011b efektivn\u011b a poutav\u011b lze vyu\u010dovat i ostatn\u00ed p\u0159edm\u011bty, v\u010detn\u011b (mnou celou \u0161koln\u00ed doch\u00e1zku nen\u00e1vid\u011bn\u00e9) matiky, fyziky a chemie.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

A\u010dkoliv je slovo multikulturalismus posledn\u00ed dobou pova\u017eov\u00e1no skoro za „sprost\u00e9“, j\u00e1 v n\u011bj st\u00e1le v\u011b\u0159\u00edm. V\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee je to jedin\u00e1 cesta k toleranci a porozum\u011bn\u00ed mezi n\u00e1rody i jednotlivci.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

My name is Renata Pitterlova and I am a child\u2019s nursery teacher.<\/p>\n

I completed my Master\u2019s degree in Teacher Training for lower secondary school in 2010 and since then I have been working within the child care environment. During this time, I have gained experience in working with children across a wide range of ages, cultures and social backgrounds. I have worked in both public and private nurseries. I also have experience in non mainstream education such as Steiner kindergarten.<\/p>\n

During my time in the UK (5 years, Bristol), I completed courses I felt would increase my skills as a teacher. These included a course Supporting Children and Families with EAL, a Listening Skills course and a Counselling and Psychotherapy course.<\/p>\n

I am a proud mother of two sons, Eli\u00e1\u0161ek and Maty\u00e1\u0161ek. I try to lead a balanced life and apply this same philosophy to my work. My teaching experience in the Early Years Foundation Stage has helped me to develop an etiquette that enables me to help children to learn and grow. I believe it is very important to respect each child as an individual with their own unique needs. In order to do this, I aim to get to know them as well as possible and liaise with the parents.<\/p>\n

My experience as a primary and kindergarten teacher began in my country, Mexico, in 2000. My classes are designed to develop students\u2018 creativity and critical thinking, promoting dynamic and personalized learning. In Spanish and English classes, I use participatory methods that combine culture and music with linguistic practice, making learning natural and fun. My goal is for students to not only learn the language, but to enjoy it. In drawing and art classes, I encourage creative expression and the exploration of different techniques, allowing children to discover their own style while having fun. Music is another key element in my teaching. Through the combination of theory and instrumental practice, students develop a deep understanding and appreciation of music. I love nature, especially birds. I consider it essential to teach children the importance of respect and care for the environment. I promote ecological awareness in all my classes. My approach is based on mutual respect, adapting teaching to the needs of each student and creating an inclusive, fun environment, where everyone feels valued and motivated to be better citizens of the Czech Republic.<\/div>\n<\/div>

Hello, my name is Slavica Ili\u0107 \u017divkovi\u0107. I hold a Master of Arts degree in Painting. I was born in Serbia, where I studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Belgrade. Since childhood, I have wanted to become a teacher and work with children \u2014 a dream I first fulfilled in Serbia and now continue to live here in the Czech Republic.<\/div>\n

Life unexpectedly brought me to the Czech Republic six years ago, where I now teach Multicultural Studies, Geography, and English Conversation, and also work as a kindergarten teacher. Thanks to my knowledge of several languages, I am able to teach in English as well.<\/div>\n

As an artist, I have held numerous solo and group exhibitions, art projects, and workshops in both Serbia and the Czech Republic.
